I once heard a middle schooler explain the Bible story about Jonah saying that God put Jonah in time out for disobeying. I don't know if his mom told him the story that way or if he dreamed it up on his own, but I thought it was an excellent way to explain the story to Aria. Time out is something she obviously understands so I thought it would be an easy connection for her. Connection made! Here is her telling of Jonah!
